Invited to VeloVillage

2012 has brought with it an exciting opportunity for the Corn Hill Bicycle Festival.

 Our little festival has attracted some west coast attention!  A group on Salt Spring Island, B.C. is organizing a Rural Mobility Conference and bicycling festival, Vélo Village in June and they asked us to participate in the conference as presenters. It seems there are not many rural cycling festivals out there in the world and so our rural bicycling festival is unique.

Vélo Village looks like too great an event to miss, so through some air-mile donations and personal funds Graham and I have managed to coordinate travel and time to attend this conference and share the Corn Hill Bicycle Festival’s story.
